These fritters are just the masthead of the zucchini season! You can eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and combine them with literally anything: sour cream, French fries, fresh vegetables, cottage cheese or lightly salted fish .

Ingredients for 3-4 servings
squash
2 medium
egg
2 pcs.
semi-hard cheese (gouda, Dutch or Russian)
60 g
flour
3-4 tbsp. l.
kefir
50 ml
parsley
a few twigs
salt
to taste
garlic
2 cloves optional
vegetable oil for frying
2-3 tbsp. l.
Step 1/5
Grate the zucchini on a medium grater, put in a separate bowl and leave for 15-20 minutes. During this time, the vegetable will juice - squeeze the pulp, and drain the excess liquid.

Grate the cheese, finely chop the parsley.

If using garlic, pass through the press.

Mix all ingredients until smooth.

Spoon the fritters, using a tablespoon, into the oil-warmed pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
