This recipe is good for two reasons: the dish is insanely tasty and leaves a minimum of food waste during the cooking process. You don't even have to clean the zucchini, and the pulp can be added to the minced meat .

Recipe "Zucchini rings with minced meat"
Ingredients for 3-4 servings
young zucchini
1 pc.
ground beef
450 g
onions
1 pc.
hard cheese
180 g
tomatoes
2 pcs.
egg
1 pc.
black pepper
to taste
salt
to taste
Step 1/5
Mix minced meat with egg and grated onions, add pepper, salt and other spices to taste.

Cut the zucchini into large rings, get the flesh with a glass or spoon. If the seeds inside are tender and soft, they can be mixed with minced meat, it is better to remove mature ones. Cut the tomatoes into rounds.

Put zucchini circles on an oiled baking sheet, fill each with meat filling, cover with a slice of tomato on top.

Send the courgettes to the oven for 40 minutes at 200C. 15 minutes before the end of cooking, sprinkle each zucchini ring with grated cheese.
