Ingredients for 4 servings

Step 1/5
Peel the carrots and onions. Roughly chop all the vegetables.

Put the vegetables in a baking bag, add salt, sugar, tomato paste and vegetable oil.

Bake at 180C for about 40-45 minutes until the vegetables are cooked through.

Remove the vegetables from the bag and punch through with a blender until smooth.

Then you can roll up zucchini caviar. To do this, add vinegar to boiling caviar at the rate of 1 tsp per half liter (9% or 6% - for your taste), pour hot into sterilized jars, pasteurize for 20 minutes and roll. You may not add vinegar, but it is better to store such caviar in the refrigerator, even rolled up. Or you can just cool and immediately serve with fresh herbs and bread - such caviar is stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
