Recipe for Korean Battered Zucchini
Ingredients for 3 servings
courgette or zucchini
1 pc.
egg
2 pcs.
soy sauce
1 tbsp
sesame oil
1 tbsp
sugar
pinch
salt
pinch
flour
4 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil for frying
2 tbsp. l.
green onion
multiple feathers to serve
For the sauce:
soy sauce
1 tbsp. l.
sesame oil
1 tbsp. l.
rice vinegar
1 tsp
sesame
pinch

For the batter, combine the eggs, spices, sauces and oil and whisk until smooth.

Add the flour and stir until smooth and smooth.

Cut the zucchini into circles about 5 mm thick.

Dip each slice in batter and fry in a well-heated pan with vegetable oil.

Combine all the ingredients for the sauce.
