Recipe "Zucchini in the oven with minced meat and cheese"
Ingredients for 3-4 servings

forcemeat
360 g (1 pack)
Gouda cheese
50 g
round grain rice
1 tbsp. spoon
onions
1 pc.
garlic
1 clove
ground black pepper
to taste
paprika
0.5 tsp
salt
to taste
water
0.5 cup
Step 1/9
Wash the onion and garlic, peel and finely chop.
Step 2/9
Put the minced meat in a bowl, add onions, garlic, rice, salt, pepper to taste.

Add paprika and cold water, mix.

Wash the zucchini, cut off the stalks. Cut each courgette into several pieces.

For each, cut out the core, trying not to damage the bottom of the "turret."

Put minced meat in each "turret" of the zucchini, tamp slightly.

Put the "turrets" in a baking dish and pour 2 tbsp. spoons of water. Put the zucchini dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 ℃.
