Recipe "Italian colored salad with pasta"
Ingredients for 2-4 servings
Bantica pasta
100g (half cup)
sweet red pepper
1 pc.
yellow sweet pepper
1 pc.
cucumber fresh
2 pcs.
cherry assorted tomatoes
200 g
pitted Kalamata olives
130 g
onion red
half
parsley
small bundle
pesto sauce Classic
1 tsp
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
lemon juice
1 tbsp
freshly ground black pepper

Boil water and boil Bantica "al dente" pasta
Step 2/3
Cut all vegetables into small cubes, leave the olives whole. Finely chop the parsley.
Step 3/3
Combine the pasta and vegetables, season with pesto, olive oil and lemon juice, stir and pepper. Garnish with fresh basil and serve!
