prime grade wheat flour
250 g
chickpea flour
50 g
salt
5 g
sugar
10 g
warm milk
180 ml
vegetable oil
for frying
dried red onion

Put both kinds of flour in a bowl. Add the ground red onion, salt, sugar and stir.

Pour in portions of warm milk and knead the dough. Knead until smooth and elastic, until it stops sticking to your hands.
