turkey breast fillet
600-700 g
oyster mushrooms
300g
bulb
garlic
clove
mustard
1/2 tsp
cream 10%
250 ml
thyme
a few twigs
salt
freshly ground black pepper
butter or ghee
Step 1/4
Cut oyster mushrooms into strips, onion in half rings, turkey in small cubes.
Step 2/4
Fry oyster mushrooms and onions in butter or melted butter until soft, put on a plate.
