An easy-to-make French-style mushroom snack. Serve it with slices of fresh crispy baguette or use it as a filling in pancakes and pies. You can also add a spoonful of such caviar to the morning omelette, it will be very tasty.

Recipe "Mushroom caviar in French"
Ingredients for 2-3 servings
royal champignons
400 g
onions
1 pc.
garlic
2 cloves
butter
25 g
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
oregano
pinch
thyme
branch
dry white wine
100 ml
ground black pepper
to taste
salt
0.5 tsp or to taste
baguette
for filing
Step 1/5
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat a frying pan with olive oil, add butter, onion and garlic, a sprig of thyme and a pinch of oregano. Cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Salt, pepper, add the white wine and evaporate it for about 5 minutes over medium heat.

Wipe the mushrooms, brush and cut into plates if desired.

Place in a pan with the garlic onion and cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are ruddy and the liquid has evaporated completely.

Put everything together in a blender and quickly grind in pulsed mode (press the button several times and release). Small pieces should turn out. Serve with a baguette.
