Ingredients for 4 servings
chickpea flour
2 tbsp. spoons
potatoes
2 pcs.
carrots
1 pc.
sweet pepper
1 pc.
courgette or zucchini
1 pc.
onions
1 pc.
celery
1 stem
tomato
1 pc.
garlic
2 cloves
parsley
small bundle
universal seasoning
0.5 tsp
salt
to taste
olive oil
for frying
Step 1/3
Peel potatoes and onions. Cut potatoes and tomatoes into large cubes, zucchini into thick circles, the rest of the vegetables into small cubes. Finely chop the garlic and herbs.
Step 2/3
Fry onions, garlic, celery, carrots and peppers in olive oil in a saucepan or deep pan. Add potatoes, tomato and courgette, salt, add seasoning.
Step 3/3
Dilute the chickpea flour in a glass of water and pour into a pan of vegetables. Salt, add seasoning and simmer covered until potatoes are cooked - 20-30 minutes (depending on the variety). Sprinkle the finished stew with chopped parsley and serve!
