Recipe " Goulash"
Ingredients for 4 servings
Beef (hip)
800 g
Broth or water
200-250 ml
Carrots
1 pc.
Bell peppers
2 pcs.
Large tomato
1 pc.
Small bulbs
2 pcs.
Garlic
2 cloves
Flour
50 g
Ghee
2 tbsp. spoons
Bay leaf
Small hot pepper
A few peppercorns
Ground paprika
1st art. spoon
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Step 1/7
Peel the onions, cut into rings.
Step 2/7
Fry in melted butter over a low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 3/7
At the end, add the crushed garlic, put the onion and garlic on a plate.
Step 4/7
Cut the meat into large pieces, roll in flour with salt and pepper, fry on all sides, until golden brown.

Add onions and garlic, paprika, allspice, mix, put the bay leaf and pepper whole.

Pour in the hot stock or water, cover the pan and simmer for 2 hours over a low heat.

Peel the carrots and cut into rounds, cut the bell peppers into small slices, small cubes of tomato. Add the vegetables to the meat and simmer for a further 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
