Pork and gravy goulash is a great lunch or dinner for the whole family! The meat is soft and fragrant. Serve with cooked rice, potatoes or mashed potatoes.

Recipe "Pork Goulash with Gravy"
Ingredients for 6 servings
pork (neck)
1 kg
tomatoes peeled in their own juice
1 bank
onions
1 pc.
garlic
3 cloves
celery stalk
2 pcs.
bay leaf
2 pcs.
vegetable oil
1 tbsp. l.
sweet peas
3-4 pcs.
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
salt
to taste
Step 1/8
Cut the neck into large pieces.
Step 2/8
Cut the garlic into medium-sized pieces.
Step 3/8
Pour oil into a large saucepan, heat, put the meat. After a few minutes, salt to taste and cook for a total of 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Stir occasionally.

Cut the onion and celery stalks into medium-sized pieces.
Step 5/8
Add allspice, ground black pepper to taste, onions, garlic, celery and bay leaf to the meat. Cook for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Put the tomatoes in their own juice in a saucepan, along with the juice.

Remember tomatoes with a spoon/spatula right in the pan. If desired, you can add 1 tbsp. l. sugar to neutralize the acid of tomatoes.

Simmer gently for 40-45 minutes. If suddenly the liquid boils off or you like a more liquid sauce, add a little water.
