Recipe "Beef Goulash with Spicy Vegetables"
Ingredients for 4 servings
Beef goulash
400 g
Celery stalk
3-4 pcs. (100 g)
Onions
1 pc.
Aubergine (large)
1 pc.
Carrots
1 pc.
Whole grain wheat flour
1 tbsp. spoon
Ground coriander
2 g
Paprika ground
5 g
Zira ground
1 g
Ground cumin
1 g
Vegetable oil
2-3 tbsp. spoons
Salt
to taste

Step 1/4
Fry the beef in vegetable oil until crusted and all the meat juice has evaporated. Add the onion and fry until golden brown.
Step 2/4
Clean all vegetables. Finely chop the celery stalk, chop the onions, carrots and eggplants into small cubes. Add the carrots and aubergines to the meat, fry until the carrots are golden.

Then - celery stalk and fry for another 3 minutes, stirring.
Step 4/4
Pour the spices into the pan, cover with water and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes with the lid closed. Stir the flour and water separately in a bowl until smooth so that there are no lumps, pour the flour mixture into the goulash and bring to a soft state of beef at a slow temperature (this will take about 20 minutes more). Serve the goulash with mashed potatoes or wedges of baked potatoes.
