If you've never cooked or tried guacamole, you've probably at least heard of it. It is a well-known Mexican avocado snack, usually served with nachos corn chips. Use our simple recipe and you can make it at home for a little Mexican party.

Recipe "Guacamole"
Ingredients for 2-4 servings
Hass avocado
2 pcs.
lime
1/2 pc.
cilantro
to taste
onion red
1/4 pc. (approximately 30 g)
olive oil
2 tbsp. spoons
chili pepper
pair of rings (optional)
salt
1/2 tsp or to taste
pile
for filing
Step 1/5
Finely chop the onion and fold it into a blender.
Step 2/5
Cut the avocado in half. Peel and stone. Thinly slice and also put in a chopper. If you have very soft avocados, you can not grind them with a blender, but simply mash them with a fork.

Add the juice of half a lime, salt, chilli, olive oil.

Punch everything together until smooth.
Step 5/5
Serve, for example, with nachos, garnished with cilantro. You can also add cilantro directly to the sauce by putting several sprigs in the blender grinder along with the rest of the ingredients.
