Delicious mushroom caviar can be prepared from fresh mushrooms, or you can, as here - from frozen ones. A great idea - to serve caviar on bread - looks good and does not overload the dish with excess calories, like bread.

Recipe "Mushroom caviar on bread"
Ingredients for 12-15 pcs. portions
Mushrooms frozen assorted
300g
Onion loaves
half pack
1 large onion
Sour cream
2nd art. spoons
A few sprigs of dill

Finely chop the onion and fry until golden, put on a plate.
Step 2/5
Rinse mushroom assorted with hot water and put in a saucepan with boiling water, cook for 20 minutes (if you cook from white or chanterelles, you do not need to cook them), drain the water.

Finely chop the mushrooms with a knife and put them in a frying pan, add oil and fry until the excess liquid evaporates.

Add onions and sour cream to the mushrooms, mix and simmer for 5 minutes - the mushroom caviar is ready.
Step 5/5
Place a teaspoon of caviar on the loaves and garnish with dill.
