water

curd of formation
200 g
honey
1 tbsp. spoon
salt

Pour boiling water over the buckwheat flakes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2/3
In slightly cooled flakes, add honey, salt to taste and mix. Arrange in bowls or cremants.
Step 3/3
Put cottage cheese on top of the cereal, pour honey over everything. You can decorate with berries or a sprig of mint.
