Ingredients for 4 servings
buckwheat groats
300g
beef stew
325g
onions
1 pc.
carrots
1 pc.
water
300 ml
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
bay leaf
to taste
vegetable oil
for browning
butter
for filing
salted cucumber
for filing
Step 1/6
Peel, chop and sauté the carrots and onions until tender in a pan of vegetable oil.
Step 2/6
Divide the stew into pieces. Add to the browned vegetables.
Step 3/6
Add pre-washed buckwheat to vegetables and stew.
Step 4/6
Add salt, pepper, bay leaf. Then pour water 3 centimeters above buckwheat. Simmer over a low heat until tender.
Step 5/6
Add a piece of butter to the finished porridge.
Step 6/6
Serve with salted cucumber and black bread.
