Ingredients for 2-3 servings
champignons
400 g
onions
1 pc.
buckwheat
100 g
vegetable oil for frying
1-2 tbsp. l.
ground coriander
1/2-1 tsp or to taste
salt
to taste
freshly ground black pepper
to taste

Rinse the buckwheat well, pour cold water in a ratio of 1:2, salt and boil until tender.
Step 2/4
Peel the onions, cut into cubes. Preheat the pan with the oil, place the onion and fry until transparent, 5-7 minutes.
Step 3/4
Cut the champignons into plates and add to the onions. Pour coriander, salt, pepper to taste. Fry everything together for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4/4
Put buckwheat to mushrooms. Stir, warm everything together again and serve.
