Recipe "Buckwheat with turkey in a pot "
Ingredients for 4 servings
turkey thigh fillet
1 pc. (600-700 g)
buckwheat
1 cup
carrots
2 pcs.
onions
1-2 pcs.
garlic
2 cloves
dried apricots
8-9 pcs.
date syrup
1 tbsp. spoon
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
chicken seasoning mix
1 tsp
parsley
a few twigs
Step 1/3
Peel the carrots and onions, cut into medium cubes. Cut the dried apricots into strips.
Step 2/3
Cut the turkey into small pieces and mix with date syrup, chopped garlic and salt.
Step 3/3
Pour a little oil on the bottom of a pot or baking dish, put vegetables, turkey and dried apricots on top. Then pour in the washed buckwheat, salt and add seasoning. Fill with water so that it covers buckwheat. Cook under a lid (or foil) in the oven at 180C for about an hour. Sprinkle the finished buckwheat with chopped parsley.
