Recipe "Buckwheat on a fire with chanterelles "
Ingredients for 4 servings
buckwheat groats
1 cup
chanterelles
400 g
onions
1 pc.
garlic
1 clove
parsley
small bundle
vegetable oil
1 tbsp. spoon
ground coriander
pinch
salt
pinch
Step 1/6
In order to speed up and simplify the process, put the washed buckwheat in a thermos and pour two glasses of boiling water. Close the thermos and leave the buckwheat, in 2 hours it will be ready.

Peel the chanterelles, cut the large ones into pieces. Cut the onions into cubes, chop the garlic.

Place a frying pan or bowler on coals or hang over a bonfire, fold the chanterelles and cook until the liquid evaporates.

Then add oil, chopped onions and garlic, salt and coriander, fry everything together until golden.

Add the finished buckwheat from the thermos, mix and cook for a couple more minutes.
Step 6/6
When serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
