Ingredients for 6 servings
spinach
500 g (4 packs)
filo dough
1 pack (500g)
chicken egg
3 pcs.
feta cheese
400 g
parsley
50 g
mint
30 g
olive oil
100 g
onions
1 pc.
sesame
1/2 tsp
black pepper
0.5 tsp
salt
0.5 tsp
Step 1/11
Defrost the filo dough at room temperature. Keep under a towel so it doesn't dry out.
Step 2/11
Hard-boil the eggs, cool and peel, finely chop.
Step 3/11
Blanch the spinach in boiling water for one minute. Then sit on a sieve and let drain.
Step 4/11
Peel the onions, thinly chop and fry in olive oil until golden.
Step 5/11
Cut the mint leaves from the stems and grind.

In a bowl, combine the eggs, sautéed onions, mint and crumble the feta. Add the spinach, salt and stir.

Pour olive oil into a bowl, prepare a culinary brush. Grease the bottom of the baking dish with olive oil, put the first layer of filo, spread with oil.

Add another sheet of filo and distribute part of the filling over it.

Wrap the edges of the dough on the filling.

Add the rest of the filo sheets, oiling each time and spreading out the filling until the tin is full. Cover the top of the pie with filo, brush with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180C for about 30 minutes until golden.
