Ingredients for 2-3 servings
boiled buckwheat
200 g
curd 5%

chicken eggs
2 pcs.
brown (or coconut) sugar
25 g (1 tbsp)
salt
butter

Step 1/4
Beat the eggs lightly with a fork, add cottage cheese, salt and sugar.
Step 2/4
Stir well.
Step 3/4
Add buckwheat, mix.
Step 4/4
Put in a butter-greased ramekin, top with more small pieces of butter. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 C for 30-40 minutes until browned. Serve with tea and good spirits!
