Recipe "Scallops with cream sauce and dill"
Ingredients for 2 servings
frozen scallops
300g
cream
100 g
butter
50 g
vegetable oil
2 tbsp. spoons
flour
1 tbsp. spoon
rosemary
branch
fennel
branch
salt
pinch
garlic
2 cloves
lemon juice
not much
Step 1/4
Defrost the scallops on the bottom shelf of the fridge. Remove excess moisture from them with a paper towel.
Step 2/4
In a hot pan with a mixture of two oils (butter and vegetable), quickly fry the scallops with a sprig of rosemary and crushed garlic. You need to fry on both sides, one minute each. Don't salt or pepper scallops!
Step 3/4
Carefully remove the scallops, and in the same pan, without rinsing it with oil, make the sauce. Add flour, mix. Pour in the warm cream, salt, mix again and let it fade for a minute - and the sauce is ready. Add finely chopped dill to it.
Step 4/4
Pour the sauce into a plate, top with the scallops. Drizzle the lemon juice over the seafood.
