Ingredients for 3-4 servings

Defrost the scallops. Remove the "legs," if any.

Peel the ginger root and garlic. Cut the garlic into medium pieces, the ginger into strips. Preheat the pan with the butter and olive oil and arrange the garlic and ginger. Fry for a couple of minutes, stirring.

Pour the cream into the pan. Warm up quickly.

Add the scallops. Cook for about 6 minutes, then salt to taste and stir.
