Ingredients for 2 servings
frozen fillet scallop
300g
pomelo
0.5 pcs.
arugula
30 g
Royal Cheese
50 g
butter

Defrost the scallops in advance in the refrigerator or half an hour before cooking in ice water right in the package.

Wash the scallops, dry with a napkin.

Cut off the peel with a knife, carefully cut out the slices without the white part.
