Dried bread (if the bread is fresh - dry in the oven) grind in a blender until fine crumb, put in a deep bowl.
Step 4/6
Remove the zest from half of the lemon and squeeze the juice, pour the juice into the bowl of the blender, add olive oil, zest, garlic, salt, pepper and parsley, punch in the blender, then add the tomatoes (without water) and punch again in the blender, do not grind the tomatoes at all, let small pieces remain .
Step 5/6
Pour the resulting mixture onto breadcrumbs, mix, if it turns out dry, add more lemon juice.
Step 6/6
Stuff the fish with the resulting mixture and put in a baking dish, arrange some crumbs on top of the fish, bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about half an hour. Serve the fish hot!
