Recipe for "Turmeric Granola"
Ingredients for 3-4 servings
green buckwheat
170 g
banana
1 pc.
turmeric
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp (optional, then granola will be darker in color)

Germinate buckwheat.
Step 2/5
Puree the banana with a fork or blender, add turmeric and cinnamon if using.
Step 3/5
Mix with washed buckwheat seedlings.
Step 4/5
Spread on parchment and dry in a dehydrator or oven with the door ajar at 50 degrees. It will take about 3-4 hours.
Step 5/5
Break the dried granola into small pieces. Serve with yogurt, milk (any), soft cottage cheese. Sweeten with date syrup, if desired.
