The unconventional recipe for a traditional cake is baking-free. The composition includes green buckwheat, coconut chips, dates, honey, lemon, coconut oil and enthusiasm. Sounds tempting? We must try! Cook better almost before serving. If the "dough" can be prepared in advance, then this should not be done with the "cream." The advantage of this recipe is that it does not require clear calculations, as in baking. Focus on your taste, try while cooking .

Recipe "Count ruins in a new way"
Ingredients for 6-8 servings
for dough:
green buckwheat
2 cups
mint or lemon balm
1 bunch fresh or 2 tbsp. l dry
royal dates
1 large handful (200g pack)
for white cream:
coconut chips
10 tbsp. l. with a slide
lemon juice
1-2 tbsp. l. (focus on your taste)
honey
2 tbsp. l.
water
2-4 tbsp. l. (can be replaced with coconut milk)
for dark cream:
royal dates
1 handful (200g pack)
cocoa powder
1 tbsp. l.
water
1-2 tbsp. l.
Step 1/10
Green buckwheat first needs to germinate a little. Soak for 8 hours or overnight, rinse. Mix the prepared buckwheat with mint or lemon balm and dates in a blender until homogeneous.
Step 2/10
Place in a thin layer on a dehydrator sheet (or parchment) or on a baking sheet.
Step 3/10
If using a dehydrator (or dryer), then dry the mass of the watch 4-6 at a temperature of 50-55 degrees. If the temperature is lower, it will take longer to dry. If the oven is in business, then you need to dry the mass with the door ajar. If there is a "convection" mode, then it is better to turn it on. The mass should not dry completely, it should remain a little moist.
Step 4/10
From the mass, mold balls of approximately the same size, having previously cut the "dough" into strips. Wet your hands when sculpting - it will be easier.
Step 5/10
Put the balls again on a baking sheet or dehydrator sheet and dry a little. While the "dough" is dried, we will prepare a cream, white and dark.
Step 6/10
In a blender, combine the ingredients for the white cream. It should be a fairly uniform cream. Adjust the sweetness to your taste.
Step 7/10
The ingredients for dark cream make as many as two options. First, in a blender, mix the dates until smooth, adding water gradually. Divide the "cream" into two parts. Add cocoa powder to one of them and beat again in a blender. We will decorate the cake with these "creams."
Step 8/10
Fold the dried balls into a bowl, add the white cream and mix.
Step 9/10
Place on a pyramid dish.
Step 10/10
Dispense date creams in strips using a special syringe or bag throughout the cake, alternating. Garnish with coconut and chocolate chips. You can chill before serving.
