The feature of this dish is a rich hot sauce that grooms in the mouth (with) all the ingredients. If you have Sichuan pepper, use it, but you can take a mixture of sweet peas, coriander and cloves. Sichuan-style beef is best served with white rice: it balances the spiciness of the dish.

Ingredients for 3-4 servings
premium roasting beef
1 pack (550g)
fresh ginger
20 g
oyster sauce
40 ml
allspice peppercorns
½ tsp
coriander
½ tsp
carnation
a few sticks
peanut butter
30 ml
onions
2 pcs.
yellow bell peppers
2 pcs.
rice vinegar
30 ml
soy sauce
40 ml
drinking water
30 ml
vegetable oil for frying

Step 1/8
Slice the beef into thin slices using a sharp knife.
Step 2/8
Chop the ginger and crush the peppers, coriander and cloves with a mill or grinder.

Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, water, peanut butter and oyster sauce.

Put the beef slices in the marinade and leave for 60 minutes at room temperature.

Chop the peppers and onions into strips.
Step 6/8
In vegetable oil, fry beef slices over high heat for 3-4 minutes.
Step 7/8
Remove the meat and fry the peppers and onions in the same oil until golden brown.
Step 8/8
To serve, place the vegetables on the bottom of the plate and top with the beef.
