Use a variety of greens, up to wild dreams and sorrel, the more spicy herbs you use - the more interesting the taste will be, experiment!

Recipe for Hot Barbecue Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients for 4 servings

goat cheese

suluguni
150 g
large bunch of greens (basil, cilantro, tarhun, wild garlic )
large ripe tomato

Rinse and dry the greens, chop finely.
