Ingredients for 6-8 servings
pork ribs

raw smoked bacon
a few slices
smoked brisket

Wash and peel the onions, carrots and potatoes. Cut into medium-sized cubes. Cut the garlic into medium-sized pieces or slices.

Fold the vegetables into the bowl of a slow cooker. Add the bay leaves and black peppercorns.

Cut the brisket into cubes, bacon into medium-sized pieces, divide the ribs one by one. You can use any smokiness for your taste: brisket, ribs, bacon, sausages, sausages, etc.

Put the meat products in the bowl of a slow cooker for vegetables.

Pour in the peas. If necessary, pre-wash it (for example, if you buy a weighing area). Salt to taste and pour water over the soup to the "maximum" mark. Select the "Soup" program and set the cooking time to 1 hour. If your slow cooker does not have such a program, select the "Extinguish" or "Extinguish" mode if it corresponds to a temperature of 90-100 ℃ (this should be indicated in the instructions or recipe book for your slow cooker model) or the manual setting mode by setting a temperature of 90-95 ℃. The approximate cooking time for pea soup is 1-2 hours, the exact time will depend on the model and settings of your slow cooker.
