Recipe "Cabbage rolls from Beijing cabbage with quinoa"

Ingredients for 3 servings

quinoa
0.5 cup
Beijing cabbage
1 small head
bell pepper
1 pc.
mashed tomatoes (or tomato paste)
0.5 cup (100 ml)
carrots
1 pc.
onions
1 pc.
universal seasoning
1 tsp
corn oil
2 tbsp. spoons
Step 1/7
Boil the quinoa in 1 cup of water until tender, rinse in cold water and dry in a colander.
Step 2/7
Finely dice the onion and bell peppers. Grate the carrots.
Step 3/7
Fry the vegetables in the corn oil for 5-6 minutes. Add the mashed tomatoes and seasoning, simmer the mixture for another 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the quinoa roast and warm for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.

Divide the cabbage into leaves, cut off the thickest parts (they can be crushed and added to minced cabbage rolls). Lower the leaves into boiling water for 1 minute, put on a napkin.
