A classic recipe for mulled wine - a warming drink beloved by many. To make it more saturated, we suggest first boiling spices in water, and then only adding wine.

Recipe "Homemade mulled wine"
Ingredients for 3-4 servings
wine red
700 ml
orange
1/3 pc.
apple
1 pc.
dried orange slices
3 pcs or to taste
cinnamon
1 stick
carnation
2-3 pcs.
cardamom
2-3 pcs.
anisetree
3 pcs.
raisin
2 tbsp. spoons or to taste
water

Step 1/5
Wash the fruit. Cut the orange into rounds, peel the apple and cut into wedges.

Pour 100 ml of water into a small saucepan, put a cinnamon stick, star anise, cardamom, cloves, raisins and dried orange. Bring to a boil and boil for 3-4 minutes.

Pour the spiced wine into the water.

Add two rounds of fresh orange and apple wedges. Heat everything together over low heat for about 15-20 minutes, the drink should not boil!

Remove from the heat, let it brew and serve.
