Gazpacho is the same classic of Spanish cuisine as cabbage soup or borscht for us. So, there is no only correct recipe! In this version, we do not add celery and garlic, but we use canned tomatoes for a richer taste.

"Gazpacho" recipe

Ingredients for 4 servings

sweet red pepper
1 pc.
ripe tomato
2 pcs.
chopped tomatoes in ss
1 can (400g)
cucumber
1 pc.
onion red
0.5 pcs.
white bread
2 pieces
basil fresh
branch
lemon (juice only)
0.5 pcs.
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
salt
to taste

Step 1/2
Roughly chop all the vegetables and fold into a blender. Add the bread and tomatoes from the jar, squeeze the juice out of half a lemon and pour in half a glass of water. Punch everything until smooth.
Step 2/2
Salt the finished soup to taste, add olive oil and stir. Let it brew for an hour in the fridge. Serve in cups, sprinkled with ground pepper and garnished with basil.
