Ingredients for 2-3 servings
cellophane noodles
100 g
vegetable mix "Vitamin Trio"
1/2 pack (125 g)
egg
1 pc.
soy sauce
50 ml
thick teriyaki sauce
30 ml
sesame oil
20 ml
vegetable oil for frying
30 ml
salt
to taste
sesame white
pinch
green onions to serve
multiple feathers
Step 1/8
Brew the funchosa with boiling water and leave for 5 minutes.
Step 2/8
Tip the noodles into a colander and rinse under running cold water. Season the funchosa with sesame oil.
Step 3/8
Fry the vegetable mix in a well-warmed vegetable oil pan for 4-5 minutes.
Step 4/8
Break the egg into vegetables and stir quickly until the egg is set.

Add soy sauce and teriyaki sauce to vegetables, mix until sauces are evenly distributed.

Mix the funchosa with the vegetables.

Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top (fry or bake the sesame seeds first, if necessary).
