red cabbage
½ of a small head
cellophane noodles
2 reel
lemon
1 pc.
liquid honey
2-4 tbsp. l. or to taste
olive oil
2-3 tbsp. l.
berries to serve
handful
Step 1/6
Chop cabbage. Boil water and lower cabbage there. Cook for about 15 minutes to make a rich blue decoction.
Step 2/6
While the cabbage is cooking, wash the berries. Make the dressing: pour honey into a bowl and add 1-2 tsp of lemon juice. mix.
Step 3/6
Add the oil to the dressing and stir again. If you have olive oil with a pronounced aroma, you can use any refined to taste.
Step 4/6
Now the most interesting thing: as soon as the cabbage is boiled, drain the water in a bowl (the cabbage itself is not needed). Soak the funchosa in hot blue water for 5-7 minutes.
Step 5/6
Put the blue funchosa in a bowl or plate, pour over the lemon juice and... you'll see the magic outside Hogwarst: the blue noodles will turn lilac first and then piercingly pink in a few seconds. Stir to achieve even colour.
Step 6/6
Pour sweet sauce over the noodles and garnish with your favourite berries to taste.
