Step 1/6
Put fruits and berries on skewers.
Step 2/6
Mix the sugar with the water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and dissolve the sugar, cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes.

Dip each skewer in the sugar mixture.
Step 4/6
Pour syrup on all sides.
Step 5/6
Dip more hot skewers in ice water and leave to dry.
Step 6/6
The fruit in the glass is ready.
