Ingredients for 2-3 servings

Su-vide turkey fillet
150 g
Kishmish grapes
100 g
potted romaine lettuce
100 g
longan
100 g
pear
1 pc.
persimmon flat
1 pc.
lemon
1 pc.
Navelin orange
1 pc.
purified physalis
50 g
red currants mashed with sugar

Step 1/3
Prepare fresh vegetables, fruits and berries: rinse them with water, squeeze the juice from lemon and orange, peel the longan and cut into halves, grapes and physalis too. Cut the pear and persimmon into small slices, tear the lettuce leaves.
Step 2/3
Make the sauce: Mix the lemon juice with orange juice and red currant mashed with sugar.
Step 3/3
Collect the salad: cut the turkey fillets into thin even slices and put in one row on the dish. With each of the other chopped ingredients, do the same, put them separately in a row, without mixing. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
