Recipe "Cod fillet with sweet potato and spinach"
Ingredients for 3 servings
cod fillet back of the deputy.
600 g.
sweet potato
1 pc.
spinach s/m
300 g.
shallots
2 pcs.
butter
25 g.
salt
Step 1/6
Defrost the cod in advance in the fridge or take a chilled one.
Step 2/6
Peel and cut the sweet potato into thin rounds, fry in butter.
Step 3/6
Peel the shallots, cut into half rings and add to the sweet potato.
Step 4/6
Place the frozen spinach on top of the yam and cover the pan, cook for a further 5-7 minutes over medium heat, then stir through the garnish, salt to taste.
Step 5/6
Cut the fish into portions and fry until tender.
Step 6/6
Place the warm garnish and cod on a plate, serve topped with the ground pepper.
