Ingredients for 2 servings
catfish fillets
1 pc.
spinach (frozen)
30-40 g
mozzarella
60 g
sour cream, yogurt or ricotta
1 tbsp. spoon
cherry tomatoes
4-5 pcs.
salt, pepper
to taste
Step 1/3
Defrost the fillets and send to the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 2/3
Combine chopped spinach and mozzarella, add a spoonful of sour cream, yogurt or ricotta for softness, put on the fillet. Top with the cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper. It will be even tastier if mushrooms are added to the cheese-spinach mass.
Step 3/3
Bake everything together for another 10-12 minutes.
