Recipe "Sea bass fillet in an envelope"
Ingredients for 4 servings
Sea bass fillet
4 pcs.
Leek (white part)
1 stem
A few sprigs of parsley
Orange
1 pc.
Olive oil
3 tbsp. spoons
White wine
2 tbsp. spoons
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Step 1/6
Rinse the bass fillet, check for scales. If necessary, clean, rinse again and dry with paper napkins.
Step 2/6
Place the fillets on parchment rectangles.
Step 3/6
Salt each fillet, pepper and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and leeks.
Step 4/6
Cut off 4 rounds of orange. Squeeze a small amount of juice from the rest.
Step 5/6
Mix the juice with the wine and olive oil and beat lightly with a fork. Pour the resulting mixture over the fillet. Top each slice with a round of orange.

Wrap the parchment tightly to make converters. Transfer them to a baking tray and send to a oven preheated to 210 degrees for 15 minutes.
