Ingredients for 2 servings
turkey breast fillet
1 pc.
young cabbage
1 small head
butter
25 g
young garlic
2-3 cloves
basil
a few twigs
salt
pepper
sour cream
for filing

Blanch the head of cabbage in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, transfer to a plate until cool.

Cut the fillet lengthwise into layers 1-2 cm thick, beat, grate with salt and pepper .

Melt the butter, add finely chopped garlic and basil leaves, mix.

Tear off the cabbage sheets and lay out on the board in an even layer without gaps, put the turkey on top, pour the meat with an oil-garlic mixture, gently roll everything into a dense roll .

Cut the resulting roll into several parts and stew under the lid or bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until the turkey is ready. Serve with sour cream. Bon appetit!
