Recipe "Pink salmon fillet in herbs"
Ingredients for 2-3 servings
Skinless pink salmon fillet
1 pc.
Bunch of dill
A few sprigs of basil
Bunch of spring onions
Tomato
1 pc.
Olive oil
2 tbsp. spoons
Freshly ground black pepper

Step 1/2
Defrost the fish on the coldest shelf of the refrigerator. Rinse, dry and place on an oiled sheet of foil, salt, pepper.

Chop the herbs and put on top of the fillet, arrange the tomato rings on top, pour olive oil, wrap tightly in foil (preferably in two layers) and bake in an oven preheated to 190 C for 20 minutes - ready! It is not a shame to serve such fish on the festive table, having previously cut it into portions or take it with you as a healthy lunch, it tastes both cold and hot.
