Recipe "Stuffed potatoes with trout"
Ingredients for 6 servings
large potatoes
6 pcs.
trout chilled steaks
1 pack
sour cream 15%
150 ml
capers
20 g
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
dried oregano
to taste
onion green

Step 1/7
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, do not peel them.
Step 2/7
Cut it in half and bake it up the sleeve at 180C for 25 minutes.

Remove the flesh from the potatoes and put them in a separate bowl.
