Stuffed champignons are a win-win snack for the festive table. You can fill mushroom hats with anything: fried bacon, minced meat, mold cheese, bulgur, cottage cheese or herbs. And most importantly, the blanks can be made in advance, and just put in the oven before serving.

Recipe "Stuffed champignons with cheese"
Ingredients for 4-5 servings
fresh champignons
12-14 pcs.
onions
30 g
hard cheese
100 g
sour cream
60 g
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
vegetable oil
50 ml
Step 1/6
Rinse the champignons and dry them with a paper towel. Remove the legs and chop them as finely as possible.
Step 2/6
Chop the onion and mix it with the chopped mushroom legs.
Step 3/6
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms and onions in it for 3-5 minutes until soft and transparent. Add sour cream to the filling and simmer for another 3 minutes.
Step 4/6
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Let the champignon filling cool a little, add cheese to it, and then put it in hats.
Step 6/6
Put the mushrooms in the oven, preheated to 180C, for 15-20 minutes.
