A non-binary recipe for Spanish-style stuffed peppers. Due to the sausages in the filling, the taste of the dish acquires a note of smokiness. And lentils are a great alternative to rice.

Ingredients for 4 servings
red pepper

green lentils
0.5 cup
Felino mini sausages
1 pack
homemade chicken sausage
150 g
chopped tomatoes
200 g
onions
1 pc.
garlic
1 clove
vegetable oil
1 tbsp. spoon
paprika
0.5 tsp
salt
to taste
parsley to serve

Rinse the lentils, pour water in a ratio of 1:3 and boil until soft, it will take about 25 minutes.
Step 2/7
While the lentils are cooking, peel and dice the onions. Chop the garlic, removing the core. Fry the onion and garlic until clear in vegetable oil.

Cut Felino sausages into thin rounds, chicken sausage into cubes.

Mix the sausages with the onions and chopped tomatoes from the jar.

Add lentils, paprika, salt and mix.

Cut the peppers into half-boats, stuff each with a filling of vegetables, lentils and sausages. Bake in the oven, adding a little water to the pepper dish, at 190C for about 25-30 minutes.

Serve sprinkled with chopped herbs. If desired, supplement with sour cream.
