Recipe "Stuffed quails"
Ingredients for 2 servings
quail
2 carcasses
small onion
filbert

a slice of dried white bread
garlic
1 clove
bunch of parsley

Chop the dried bread into crumbs.

Toast the hazelnuts in a dry pan until fragrant, wrap in a towel and rub - the husks will easily separate.

Chop the nuts not too finely.

Fry finely chopped onions in olive oil until transparent, add breadcrumbs and nuts, chopped garlic, fry for another minute, add chopped parsley, salt, pepper.

Fill the carcasses with ready-made minced meat, fix the edges of the cut with toothpicks. Brush the quail carcasses with olive oil and bake in the oven preheated to 200 C until ruddy (about 20 minutes). Serve hot with a salad of fresh vegetables.
