Recipe "Stuffed squid Mediterranean"
Ingredients for 4-6 servings
squid fillet †.
600 g.
couscous
50 g.
dried tomatoes in oil
100 g.
kalamata olives
100 g.
parsley
bunch
garlic
2 cloves
lemon
half
olive oil
2 tbsp. spoons
turmeric, hot ground pepper
pinch by pinch

Defrost the squid in the refrigerator in advance, rinse and dry. Couscous pour 150 ml of boiling water, cover and let it brew.

Finely chop the olives and sun-dried tomatoes, chop the garlic and parsley, add everything to the couscous.

Remove the zest from the lemon, add to the couscous along with the spices, squeeze the juice out of half the lemon and add the olive oil, toss everything together. Salt to taste, taste, the filling should be bright to taste, you can add salt or lemon juice.

Loosely stuff the resulting squid mixture.

Fry very quickly in olive oil, preferably in a frying pan - grill. Serve hot or cold as a snack.
