Recipe "Stuffed squid grill"
Ingredients for 2-3 servings
peeled squid
5 pcs.
cherry tomatoes sweet
5 pcs.
parsley
2 sprigs
mozzarella piccolo
5 balls (pack)
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
lemon ( juice)
1 wedge
salt
to taste
Step 1/6
Defrost squid in advance in the refrigerator or in cold water right in the package. Clean from film residues, rinse and dry. Cut cherry into halves, chop parsley.
Step 2/6
Put 2 halves of cherry and a ball of mozzarella inside the squid, add parsley.
Step 3/6
Seal the edges with toothpicks so that the filling does not fall out, salt and brush with oil.
Step 4/6
Place the squid on the grill, cover with the second part of the grill and press. For squid, you'll need hot red embers.
Step 5/6
Quickly fry the squid: as soon as the underside is white, immediately turn the grill. If seafood is overexposed to the fire, they will become "rubber."
Step 6/6
Pour olive oil and lemon juice over the ready-made squid, pepper and sprinkle with parsley and serve.
