This recipe is a real constructor! Add fried meat, lamb is especially appropriate here, and you get pilaf in pumpkin, remove onions and put more dried fruits (dried cherries, dried apricots, prunes) - you get a wonderful dessert!

Ingredients for 4 servings

1.5-1.8 kg
long grain rice
100 g
raisin
50 g
walnuts
50 g
bulb

turmeric
½ teaspoons
salt
ghee (or olive oil)

Rinse the raisins and soak in warm water, chop the nuts with a knife.

Cut off the top of the pumpkin, carefully remove the middle with the bones .

Rinse the rice and boil in salted water until half ready, drain the water.

Cut the onions into half rings and fry in melted butter along with the spices, then add raisins, nuts, rice, mix, salt to taste, the filling should be moist enough.
